An ergonomic evaluation conducted by an Occupational
Therapist which analyzes the essential job demands in
relation to the individual or individuals performing them.
During such an evaluation, the individual is present in
order to establish anthropometric measurements and
individual requirements in relation to workstation layout,
measurements, job performance requirements, organization of
work tasks and injury risks associated with the physical
environment.
Recommendations are provided to alleviate
injury risks and improve productivity. |
