A functional assessment which is designed and conducted specifically to answer the referral question.

This assessment is often used to determine an individual’s abilities in relation to a specific job or jobs.

The targeted functional assessment can be targeted to a specific body part i.e. hand assessment, back assessment, and ability results compared to the norms for that Individual’s  age group.
