The Assessment and Therapy Centre Ltd abides by the Personal Information Protection and Electronics Document Act, Our Privacy Policy requires that consent is obtained from the individual client to identify where information is to be shared and with whom. Any additional disclosure of information outside the consent will not be shared without an updated consent form specific to the authorized disclosure.

All reports completed by The Assessment and Therapy Centre on an individual basis will be provided to the individual with the consent of the referring agency.
