This assessment determines the match between a person’s physical tolerances and the  occupational requirements of the job. It is designed to ensure a suitable job-person match, and to reduce the risk of future musculoskeletal injuries in a pre-employment phase. The person has been offered the position with the employer pending the results of the pre employment screening.
