A variety of
mental disorders result in daily activities becoming unmanageable.
Occupational Therapists work with clients to achieve an increased
functional level of independence. This may include managing their finances,
reentering the workforce, planning and making meals and/or
participating as an active community member. The Occupational Therapist
meets with the client, their families and other health professionals to assist in
meeting the goals of the client. |
