A structured analysis of an individual’s transitional skills as it relates to re-entry into the workforce. This evaluation is suitable for individual's who due to injury have  changes in their mental and or physical capabilities .  The labour market planner will meet with the individual and analyze direct and related occupational options suitable to their skill level and physical capabilities.  If enhanced skills are required for the individual to regain a suitable employment option additional psychometric testing is completed.  The completed report will provide recommendations for workforce reentry, job readiness , retraining options and/or on the job placement options which are in keeping with the individual's abilities level.
