An objective evaluation of the physical demands  of a job, which identifies required strengths, frequencies, postures, movements, forces, repetitions, loads and other physical demands of each job task. The physical environment in which the jobs occurs is also documented including work station dimensions and layout, equipment, tools and other factors which influence an individual’s ability to perform job tasks. Suggestions for modification of the job to reduce injury risk are also available .
